depressed and sometimes crawl under a deck or small area and turn their stomachs causing
them to die. Keep your pets close and pay extra attention to them during a move!

With the Colorado market appreciation during the last 10 years, if your loan has
PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) and you have owned your home for more that 2 years, look
into this! If you put down less than 20% for your downpayment, you have PMI or MIP
as part of your loan payment! Get it off your loan now and start saving money!
